AIPLA
annual conference was held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention
Center in D.C, USA during 28-30th October, 2021. This was the first offline
AIPLA conference since the epidemic. Attendees
include hundreds of IP experts in the field of patents, trademarks, copyrights
from different law firms, enterprises and private businesses. It showed the prosperity
in IP industry.
Foundin IP’s representatives Mr. Roy Kim and Ms. Chen Yi attended this conference. They actively discussed with other attendees on many IP matters,such as patent litigation, intellectual property litigation, intellectual property anti-monopoly, etc.
In
the conference, Mr. Roy Kim and Ms. Chen Yi talked about domestic and foreign
IP laws and polices based on their professional knowledge. Especially, they had
intense discussions with clients on the New Chinese Patent Law which has come
into effect on 1st June, 2021. Meanwhile, they also introduced Foundin IP’s
expertise in mechanical engineering, electronic communication, biomedicine,
chemical materials and other technical fields to clients. Foundin IP’s booth attracted
many attendees and allowed them to learn more about China IP Laws and policies
and how to protect IP rights in China as foreign applicants.
This
was not only a significant IP conference but also a great learning experience.We
