On April 8th and 9th, 2021,
China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit (CIPIS) was held in Shanghai,
China.
As one of the well-known IP summits in Asia, CIPIS
has received the joint international and professional support from government
(authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the China
Intellectual Property Research Institute), the relevant associations and the
media. The Conference has attracted more than 800 IP managers, industrial experts
and governmental officials.
The summit has invited governmental representatives
from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan areas, Japan, Korea, Europe
and the United States, as well as IP leaders and professionals from Fortune 500
companies, state-owned enterprises, well-known domestic enterprises and related
service institutions. More than 500 guests have deeply exchanged and discussed
hot topics including enterprise innovation, IP litigation, IP management, IP
operation, trade secrets, trademark and licensing, etc.
Mr. Xu Li, a partner of Foundin IP, as well as some
colleagues from the domestic marketing department attended the conference to provide
solutions to clients with requirements about overseas patent applications by
Q&A, so as to make those enterprises understand overseas patent application
better and help them with the overseas patent landscape.
