- Ms. Li Liu graduated from The George Washington University Law School, majoring in Intellectual Property Law, and majored in Energy and Power Engineering in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She began to work in the IP field in 2014. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Liu worked in two well-known large IP law firms where she was responsible for patent invalidations, IP litigations and foreign patent prosecutions, and she litigated many trials before the PRC Supreme Court, IP Courts and the Patent Invalidation and Reexamination Board of CNIPA. After joining us, she works as senior lawyer and patent attorney.
- Ms. Li Liu is committed to solving intellectual property problems for foreign and domestic clients, her practice includes IP litigation, patent reexamination and invalidation, IP consulting, patent search and analysis,FTO, patent license and negotiating, and online infringement complaint disputes etc. She specializes in patent litigation, patent invalidation, patent searching and analysis, patent investigation and patent prosecution in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, PC hardware, automobiles and medical devices. She has published many academic articles related to patent law.
