    • Ms. Xiao HAN graduated from University College London (UK) with a Master’s degree in Drug Discovery and Development. Her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry was obtained from University of St Andrews (UK). Her legal career started as a patent specialist in a US boutique intellectual property firm after graduation. Prior to joining Foundin IP, she worked in a multinational biotech company as in-house IP Counsel, overseeing all IP matters regarding marketed and development-stage anti-tumor drugs. Her expertise lies in patent prosecution, patent enforcement, corporation consultation, and technology export matters.
    • Apart from being a dual-qualified patent attorney and attorney-at-law in China, Ms. Xiao HAN is also studying for California Bar Exam, hoping to expand her IP knowledge in different jurisdictions.
