Career
- Ms. Zhang Hongyan joined Foundin IP in 2016 and has 15 years of work experience in foreign-related patent processes. She has handled the whole-process affairs of patent applications in China for many well-known enterprises at home and abroad, and has rich experience in dealing with the procedural matters of complex cases. She has cooperated with colleagues in the legal department in case communication and handling, and actively communicated with examiners on the phone for many times to promote the rapid handling of cases.
- Ms. Zhang Hongyan is proficient in handling the procedural affairs at various stages from new application to patent application authorization for Chinese patent applications in cases in the fields of biochemistry, physics, electrical science and so on. This includes replying to and answering various consultations from clients before application, confirming with clients the process information required for patent applications before submitting new applications to the office, handling the procedural affairs in the substantive examination stage, the authorization stage and the annual fee stage, as well as changes to bibliographic data items at various stages, confidentiality review, prioritized examination and providing patent services such as handling copies of documents.
