- Mr. Huang Yongyi worked in Japan for eight years after graduating from university and entered the intellectual property industry upon returning to China in 2012. Before joining Foundin IP, he spent six years at a reputable domestic intellectual property agency, where he specialized in modifying and finalizing claims, providing recommendations and responses to Office Actions (OAs), drafting patent applications, and conducting patent analyses during the new application stage for cases in China, South Korea, and Japan. He has accumulated extensive experience in patent agency services, particularly in the technical fields of industrial machinery, mechatronics, automation equipment, electronics, and related areas. Since entering the intellectual property industry, he has handled over a thousand new patent applications and OAs for numerous companies, including Fortune 500 enterprises, from China, South Korea, and Japan.
